academia • dental congratulates Vjacheslav Ashamin from Uchta for his great success. The competition was organized by the company ECHO located in Novorossijsk and has had an enormous resonance by dental technicians from all over Russia. The organizer assigned highly challenging problems to participants who had to show their dental experience and knowledge at the highest level. The dental works sent to the competition were reviewed in Novorossijsk by Dr. Meschke, dentist from Wuppertal, and Henning Wulfes, and head of academia • dental in Bremen. The competition winner, Vjacheslav Ashamin, will participate in the academia • dental course on "Removable denture, Milling and Attachment Technique" that will be held in Bremen in 2008. The prize comprises expenses for course, travel and accommodation.
The award was handed to the winner in the presence of 30 academia • dental alumni in November 2007 in Gelendshik.
